28th Annual Midnight Ride
- August 15, 2014
- 12:00 - 10:00
- This event has passed.
Hosted by Gold Wing Road Riders Association Chapter G and Supporting Chapters.
The 2140 Midnight Ride will be the 28th year that Michigan Chapter G of the Goldwing Road Riders Association is inviting all motorcycle riders to join them for a nice fun summer’s night ride up to and across the Mackinac Bridge into St. Ignace. On previous rides, as many as five thousand have joined the ride.
In addition to the ride being lots of fun, it is a significant fund raiser for JDRF. To date the Midnight Ride has raised and donated more than $350,000 to JDRF.
The purpose of the Midnight Ride is to ride and enjoy the company of our fellow motorcyclists in the cool night air. There are no fees or charges of any kind; however, during the ride, shirts and souvenirs are sold to help support diabetes research.
